We offer Overnight, 2-Day Air, Ground (3 to 5 business days), and regular mail delivery within the United States. Orders over $299 qualify for free Ground shipping, and expedited rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before they ship. When you buy from us, our system generates an order number and a tracking number, which we email to you once your package ships. Enter your details on our Track Order page or on the carrier's website to see the latest status. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created. If it does not update, contact us.

We ship orders through various carriers, and the carrier name appears in your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. For the fastest help with delivery times, redelivery, or holding a package, contact that courier directly and give them your tracking number. If you have any trouble reaching the courier or getting answers, call us at 404-702-6379 or email us and we will follow up for you.

All sales are final, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise. The exception is if you receive a wrong or damaged item: report it within 3 days of delivery by calling 404-702-6379 or emailing us, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund under our 100% Moneyback Guarantee. If we need the item returned, we will email you a prepaid label, then send a replacement or refund.
